1. This application is open to all nationals residing in India
2. To log in, you can either create an account on the Jaago Re website or login using Facebook.
3. Tata Tea is not personally responsible for any information passed on from the users of the application.
4. Content posted on this application expresses the sole opinion of the user and should not be in any way assumed as opinions endorsed by the brand.
5. Posting of spam content is absolutely prohibited on the application.
6. You are prohibited from uploading any form of malicious malware, virus or content onto the application. Any user doing so will be banned from the application without any prior intimation.
7. By submitting information on the application, the user is aware that he or she is doing so willingly and has no objection to the brand using content published on the public platforms by the user to create awareness around issues.
8. The brand reserves the right to ban a user from the application at its sole discretion, without any intimation to said user.
9. The brand reserves the right to use images and content posted by a user on other digital platforms owned by the brand.
10. The brand reserves the right to publish the individual's names and constituency information to create awareness around the issue.
11. You are not to harass, intimidate or bully other users on the application
12. Posting of graphic, violent, pornographic, nudity and any kind of content that can hurt the sentiments of any community, religion or group is prohibited.
13. You will not use Push The Pin to do anything deemed as unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
14. Using our copyright protected content / images / logo / concept is strictly prohibited. Prior permission must be sought should any party wish to use the brand content in any form. Legal repercussions will ensue on any party's failure to do so.
15. Users using the application are doing so out of their willingness and Tata Global Beverages will bear no responsibility or liability for any physical or mental harm, injury or fatality that the participant may come to during the duration of this campaign.
16. Each user consents to the use of information supplied by the participant in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the user, by Tata Global Beverages and their affiliates.
17. These Terms & Conditions of the contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws.
