At Ananya we give our children a wholistic development- emotional, physical, social and educational. In order to make this happen we do social profiling of our children and also try to understand their family background which has a greater influence on their behaviors.We are in need of a full time social worker who can update the profiles of our children by making home visits and keeping a good record of them.
