L.I.F.E (Living In Family Environment) Udayan Ghars (Homes) for children
Project Description
It is a well known fact that early childhood lays the foundation for a healthy future. Understanding the dire need for children to be a part of a family in order to become future contributing citizens to society.
We at Udyan Care, under the Udyan Ghar Programme developed a Group Foster Care Model that works on a strategy called LIFE: Living In Family Environment. It focuses on long term residential care for orphaned and abandoned children above 6 years of age. Since the children we reach out to do not have natural families, we recreate the warmth and security of a home and family through our Udyan Ghar (Home) model.
We need volunteers who have the love and warmth to share with these abandonded children. The volunteers need to be good communicators and preferably experts in Child care and Psychology
so, come volunteer with us to bring some smiles to these little lives!

Skills Required
We need volunteers who are passionate and enthusiatic to support these children. They need to be good communicators, as this is critical requirement for this project. We would prefer to have volunteers who are proficient in either/all of these areas - Child Care, Understanding of Psychology & Sociology.
