Greetings from the Multiple Sclerosis Society of India – Chennai Chapter!

The year 2012 is around the corner, and as one of the initiatives for raising funds for our various projects, we are bringing out a Diary 2012.

Multiple Sclerosis known as the “Crippler of the Young Adult” is a disease of the Central Nervous System, affecting its functioning unexpectedly and repeatedly, resulting in devastating disabilities in young people in the prime of their lives.

Funds are needed for our various projects like physiotherapy, aid appliances, medicines, nursing care, doctor’s and imaging fees, etc., hence a Diary for the year 2012. The Diary 2012 measures 8” x 11”, neatly bound in varied colours of red, brown, blue, mauve, etc .The pages of the Diary have been sold, prior to printing, to generous sponsors, who are willing, to contribute, at the cost of Rs.2000/- per page. In return, we have given the sponsor the choice of the favourite quotation, with the option to have their name placed out at the bottom of the page.

Now, with a view to selling this diary and to continue our fund raiser giving an opportunity for Corporates to participate in the same with a view to Corporate Social Responsibility , we have this offer to make to you as a Corporate.

1. Place a minimum order for 100 diaries.
2. Special cost per diary is Rs.300/- only.
3. Your Company Logo and details will be printed on the cover page of the Diary 2012 , making it your Diary and your publicity page.
