Would you like to get involved with NGO project management? This is a project that will give you hands-on experience in networking and planning!
The volunteers will come on board, learn more about our projects and activities by going through various documents available at the office and visiting field offices / target villages. After the better understanding about our projects, the volunteers are supposed to assist the NGO in preparing strategic planning document.
Strategic planning will help us to identify the issues of target groups through Participatary Rural Appraisal. Our organizers will also assist the volunteers to get all relevent information from the field staff and target groups. Based on the identification of issues, volunteers need to prioritise the issues in consultation with the NGO and prepare a budget to raise funding and implement the project activities in order to address the issues.
Once the budget is ready then volunteers will need to approach the corporates with basic organization /project promotion materials to market the project concept note. Once the fund is raised volunteers can involve in implementing the project to see the impacts / achievements.
