Rajasthan Budget , price hike, corruption

Recent Project "Bisalpur Water Supply" failed drastically. The government's claims of water supply from bisalpur to Rajasthan for 20 years have proved wrong. The dam is getting dry day by day and govt. now says that there's only enough water to supply for next one or two months. NOW. what about the claims for water supply for 20 years? what is the accountablity of the expenses made for this project? What is the accountability of the taxes which all citizens had to bear for this project? Is this some kind of ruling imposed by govt which the citizens have to bear. The govt does not have any accountability of the taxes it is taking from all the citizens and pertol price hikes due to the same reason. HOW CAN WE CALL IT A DEMOCRATIC GOVT when the decisions and expenses incurred are neither in favour of all citizens. nor there is a system where such projects would require consent of all citizens. The only thing we can do is be a slave of such govt and such politicians, who incurr such expenses from the pockets of citizens. There should be a poll or vote for the budget every party introduces, from all the citizens before implementing such projects.  The second example of such disaster project is JAIPUR METRO. THINK and RAISE A VOICE, else you would just end up crying for constant price hikes in pertol, food grains, electricity, water etc. Thanks and RegardsSandeep Keswani

Corruption at Charity Hospital, Ahmedabad

My mother (73)  was been admitted to Jivraj Mehta Charitable Hospital , AHmedabad for Spine Cox. Doctor went to cementing in spine and biopsy was also been carried out. Spine Tb was been detected. For operation the Charitable Trust billed me Rs. 25 K + medicine. They gave me discharge clearance as advances were been paid. Now they are demanding cement cost of Rs. 10000/-, which they claim they have left out. Do a chairtable trust hospital charge Rs. 18,500 Operation + Rs. 10000/- Cement Cost + Rs. 6500/- Rooms Charges + Medicines ? Where does the charity amount goes ? is there any benefit to the poor patients/senior citizens ? If the Charity amount goes for improving the facility then their charges are exhorbitant like private hospital, Sterling and SAL. No Charity is diverted to the benefit of common people.This Charity Organization is enjoying all rights of Charity.

Can we remove corruption from INDIA in 15 days ?   I am sure if following suggestions of mine r implemented, corruption will vanish totally, in INDIA. Only requirement is, will of leaders & more imp of people who elect them. It seems political bosses r happy with it & people in general also are not worried.   1.     Declare a heavy award (say 1000 times of bribe amount) for the bribe giver, who reports the crime with proof.    At present bribe giver is also treated as criminal thou' he is victim of circumstances & nobody reports. This award amount should be recovered immediately from bribe taker. Besides, the reporter must also be given preference in govt flat allotment. His children should be given reservation in jobs schools & colleges. Effect of this will be such that list of these awards will not be long. Any photographer giving picture of any crime should be awarded. Even photo of faulty number plates/ traffic violations / people giving alms or purchasing things from vendors at traffic red lights should be awarded heavily. This'll give employment to many photographers. A special web-site should be created where anybody can report a suspected criminal in private. If found correct he be awarded but if found intentionally false reporting he be penalized.   2. Criminal (corrupt leaders/ officers etc) should be debarred from entering any civil city for whole life. Their whole property will be seized. All criminals should be extricated to a special city of such type of criminals only, which they themselves should manage (peace loving citizens have a right to live in peace). Hard criminals should be kept in a jail in side criminal's city. Soft criminals should be kept in separate city . 3. Death Penalties should be given even to rapists/ any illegal arms keeper/ spy.  4. Death penalty may be pardoned by president in 100% cases but it should not be made public. The pardoned criminals will still remain in their criminal city for whole life. No relatives/friend should be allowed to meet them. After long period if their behavior found improved, they me be sent to another special city of reformed where their relatives can also be allowed to live.   5. Declaration of penalties by court should be published prominently, while actual crime news should be published in 2-3 lines without heading.   6. voting in election should be made 100% compulsory. SMS/ e-mail voting should be allowed after registering voters per cell phone or PC. Reverse confirmation should be sent immediately.   7. Election-campaign should be 100% on TV / internet or mobile only. This'll save paper & petrol & reduce costs & hence corruption. This will save TREES also.   7. Corruption/ crime can not be curbed unless, Court cases r solved swiftly say in 3 months. Summons should be served in one day. This is not impossible if there is a will. All judges / panchs should be paid salary per cases solved/ pm. Each mohalla of 50-100 houses should elect a panchayat. Every citizen sud be registered in these. Citizen should give his or panchayats phone number/ PC e-mail address to govt. These panchayats will have court powers. They'll decide on small cases swiftly. If both parties are of different panchayats both panchayats can sit together to solve the case. All summons should be sent to these regd cell number/ e-mails & also published in local news-paper on first day of case & deemed served. Police avoid registering a FIR, to reduce crime-rate in their area. Sometimes they are not certain in whose area crime was done & this creates hardship to general public. Sometimes they write simple complaint instead of FIR. (govt should count crimes in a area by number of ordinary complaints + FIRS & not only by FIRs .) Hence, Power to register FIR should withdrawn from police . Instead  Panchayats where victim resides or any panchayat near to crime spot  should register a FIR & forward to police-thana.

Corruption in India

Hi,

I was going through various articles posted on this site but got no information about where to report Corruption and procedure to initiate complaint against corrupt officials so that necessary action can be taken against them.

Somebody said *This was the only requirement. "the youthpower", Just believes in your abilities and say NO to corruption.....*.But actually in India there's no use of saying NO to corruption.This will actually lead you nowhere & you will just get frustrated running here & there to get your work done..
I want to share my personal experience on this site.My father is always against corruption & had never bribed anybody.Now he wants to get our DDA house freehold for which those corrupt DDA officials are asking bribe of 60000/- which as a middle class family he is unable to give & infact even if he can he would never give.Result of which is he is running to DDA office from past 2 years now & everything in vein.Now DDA officials are saying that his file is lost.

My father also have given written complaint to the highest official there but of no use.I seriously want some action against such people, they are simply not suitable to serve the country & dont deserve for those posts.As shown in Anil Kapoor's one of the movie, such people should be terminated & young youth should be taken at their place.

I really wish to change this whole system but then even in this democratic country we cant do anything as an individual.There's a need & action required to change this whole system of corruption for betterment of our country.But again dont know how to do that.We have system in private organization or say banks that if we write mail to CEO or complaint in RBI / banking ombudsman , action is been taken against concerned official/organization but why dont we have such system against government officials / politicians.

So how are things going??Most of us must be really enjoying a good holiday over this weekend.
may be the thoughts following ,are incorrect somewhere..sorry ....can correct me....but its what i think......

something that really strikeing me is that we know that its the corruption n only corruption spanning its web in our country.the income tax raid in MP n Chattisgarh is tooo to stop it somewhere.But how these people have accumulated this wealth....what were alll the employees doing who all were there ....whom they cheated so nicely ..?????Our system is so smalll before their plan of acccccumulation that when we got to know when it reached such a peak of crores............grt.

Lets Use appreciation a tool for killing curruption

Lets Quote Names and Designation of Officers who have actually done a good Job. and helped us in our government works. This will motivate others to go and speak to these officers.and thank them for their hard work.and not following the path of corrupted officers."AND IF POSSIBLE WE SHOULD SEND A LETTER OF THANKS FROM JAAGORE TEAM TO THE OFFICER" Also we can start a campaign in which we should share our experience with all THE BAD EXPERIENCES and also if we can send them a warning letter " FROM THE JAAGORE TEAM" TO STOP THEIR BEHAVIOR OR THE TEAM WILL EXPOSE THEM. THIS WILL HELP. And the letter should go Signed May be (Digital ) Also a humble Request to the members and the team of Jaagore to pass their comments. what do they think about this idea. I have been through few incidents where i have been helped by many people.and when i appreciated them, found it to be the best tool. will share it with you all soon.

But I have doubt to be clarified. My understanding/perception is that all corporate offices indulge in giving bribes to get their work done from Government officials. How come Tata initiated campaign against corruption. I am confused.
