www.etashasociety.org. A Delhi based NGO training disadvantaged young Indians for employment in the organised sector. For too many of young Indians, the country's continuing economic success story means little. Bright, ambitious and talented teenagers from disadvantaged backgrounds struggle to complete school education only to find that they are still ill-prepared for the fast-moving world beyond the school gates. Sub-standard education, outdated career advice and unrealistic expectations mean that many young people from disadvantaged backgrounds are excluded from India’s growth and caught in a vicious cycle of poor education, lack of opportunity and low –paid work.&nbs

KILIKILI
Kilikili is a network of 30 parents of children with disabilities, supported by more than 200 volunteers (of whom 20 are very active), working on Inclusive Play. Kilikili helps develop inclusive public play spaces and enables children with and without disabilities to use them. Inclusive Play Spaces refer to play areas that are modified such that all children, with or without disabilities, can play together.We have been lobbying the Bangalore Municipal Corporation since 2006 and have helped make modifications to the physical landscape as well as to play equipments such that they are suitable for children of all abilities. TILJALA SOCIETY FOR HUMAN AND EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ( TILJALA SHED )
A community based voluntary organisation, which was established in 1987 by a group of like-minded social activists. The society was registered in 1993 under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act of 1961. It has also been successful in attaining vital registraion under FCRA, Income Tax Exemption u/s 80G etc.
