No, that’s not a typo. That’s precisely what we wanted to convey. If u see gibberish up there, well, you are not wrong. In fact gibberish very well describes what you are expected to see. If you have gone beyond the nonsense heading and actually seen a pattern, then – Congratulations!!  You are the above-average citizen everyone’s been pining for.

It’s funny how we find just enough in each of our conditions to be chronically dissatisfied over the most trivial. Traffic at red lights may get you invoking mothers and sisters in the most degrading manner and government always is the demon but we fail to see the beggar kids and the homeless mothers that form most of our view there. Slums cause us much embarrassment with how they mar the beauty of our ‘oh! So beautiful’ city, but we daily fall convincingly short of realizing that slums are habitations to people much like ourselves; that they have done as much as we have to come to existence as humans and that they qualify, much like us, to possess all we do. Cribbing over watery sauce with hungry kids just outside the joint and fretting over effectiveness of beauty products are just some ways to keep ourselves occupied enough to not be bothered by stories that actually need out attention.

We can’t blame ourselves for being attracted to the immense amount of activity happening out there. With everyone scrambling with sharp advertising to acquire the thinnest slice of our attention, it is hardly a matter of choice. There’s almost a sense of broad conspiracy to how we are lured into parting with our 24 hours. First we are to have jobs which we have already invested all our childhood and a part of adult life educating for; too late to turn our backs on them. Then there’re movies and massive billboards keeping you from getting where you are needed most. There are multimedia phones, however, to give you the impression of being everywhere at once. When you finally do get home, though, you are sucked right out through social networking. Your days activities can be expressed as a 3 minute animated short and they won’t miss a thing.

Just as you can’t be blamed of doing wrong when binging on fast food when hungry – you’re just heeding the hunger, you can’t be blamed for filling up your day with all that you do. But it’s time to go beyond the novelty of social media and actually do and be present where you know you should be. The time to be to Too Busy To Care is over.

At JaagoRe.com we have the instruments and the personnel to cure you of your TBTC syndrome. All you need is to be make yourself available – be present, attend; like you would any therapy session. One registration and you will be part of a movement that convinces you of the positive change social networking is capable of. Recognizing the syndrome is the first step at curing it. You can take a quiz on our FB page (link) and convince yourself, like we already are, of your visible symptoms.

We know you have the ingredients to be the change that you have always wanted to see. What’s been stopping you has beenyour TBTC.

call it a confession or a movement

Hi, my name is Nafisa Akhtar. I belong from a well known political family of Assam. I've seen the worst of politics in my life. My late grand father was a minister in the early 80s and 90s. I've never heard or seen him indulge into corruption. May be cuz he was a freedom fighter. Later after his death my uncle joined politics and he is a very influential minister now, corrupt to the core. But I am helpless here.I tried my best here to fight it. Assam politics has ruined the state completely.I can't let this happen to my state,to my country. I've many personal reasons not to publish this post but I've stronger ethical reasons to publish it. Please suggest what can be done not only to stop my uncle but to grab the power out of every ruthless politician and let them know 'Indians are not dead'.
