If you want to bring about change in India without the usual tools - it is presumed that it would be through the ballot box. Our election is highly flawed. There are question marks if it really has the votes of the electorate of the India to ask our legislators to rule us. The Electronic Voting Machines require checking, authentication, our electoral rolls are faulty and as a result we have a bunch of .... ruling over us and .... us.

All RTI should be directed towards building genuine electoral rolls, making sure that all persons working for the CEC are people beyond reproach and have the highest integrity and nationalistic pride in the relatively new concept called India.

Second, through a multi-pronged RTI attack try and bring in new law on our legislative members - on the "RIGHT TO RECALL" (that is, to terminate the office or position of a member of the legislature for misrule/misdemeanor or otherwise. This is prevalent in all other countries of have a democracy of substance and not an orange or pineapple republic such as ours.
